Mountaineer Brand pH Balancing Toner uses raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and a blend of natural essential oils to cleanse and rebalance your skin after washing. Removes leftover residue, tightens pores, and keeps your skin from swinging too oily or too dry. Use it after your face wash — a few drops on a cotton pad, wipe, done.
